    Kindergarten screening- If your child is 5 years old or will be turning 5 by December 1st please call the Elementary School at 698-4225 ext. 1400 to set up an appointment for screening.

  • National JH Society Collection Drive

    National Junior Honor Society 8/9 members coordinated a collection drive for items at the High School to benefit the animals at the Hornell Area Humane Society.

Afterschool Academic Assistance Program

Dear Canisteo-Greenwood Parent,

Canisteo-Greenwood is excited to offer a new opportunity for your students to succeed in school.  Thanks to a grant we are able to now provide teachers and transportation for those students that need additional time for their studies after school.  This program will begin March 26th, 2013 and be available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:02-4:15 through the end of the year.  If a teacher needs your child for additional instruction they will call or email to notify you 24 hours in advance.  Bus transportation home will be provided for all students that ride a bus to school.

    Canisteo-Greenwood Central School District has rolled out a mobile version of its website. The mobile version is formatted specifically for Smartphones and allows for easy access to school and district information while viewers are on the move. Viewers will have the opportunity to quickly connect to the most viewed pages of the school website, including the calendar, teacher webpages, parent portal, athletics and more. To access the mobile site on your smartphone, simply go to your web browser and type in the URL to the school site, www.cgcsd.org.
