Hello friends! I hope that you are all doing well, and staying healthy. We miss you so much and can't wait to see you all again soon! While we are away, the PE team will be posting activities each week you can do to stay active. Check in on your PE teacher's webpage each week to see the activities that can get you and your whole family moving!
Don't forget to submit photos of you and your family staying active!
-Flip A Coin Workout
All you need is a coin. For each round you'll flip the coin and either do the heads or tails exercise.
Your challenge is to get bingo by completing the exercises in the squares. When you complete the activity, put an X on the square. Try to see if by the end of the week you can complete all of the squares!
Keep in mind you can still go at your own pace. For example if you can't do 20 Jumping Jacks in a row- that's okay! Do as many as you can, take a break, and then get back to it so you complete 20 total.
