Now that we are starting our third week, some of you may be ready to begin working in Domain 2 of the Coach Workbook.  Some of the examples it gives  do not resemble what our focus was.  Remember, y/x = k and y=kx.  If you would like for me to post how I would show work, so that it looks more familiar to our classes, just email me and I will get those pictures to you.  Pace yourself.  One lesson a day at most, then work within your other classes.  Do not neglect your "special" areas.  Allow yourself time for fun with art, music and phys ed.  Below are the answer key pictures for Domain 2, Lessons 9-12.

Hello again!  I hope that everyone has been keeping busy and continuing their education while away from the classroom.  I'm assuming that you all have access to the Coach workbooks that the school provided.  My plan was for us to use those workbooks to review our year from September through mid-March, to prepare for our NYS exam.  I was going to work through half of the lesson together in class, and you were going to have the other half as your nightly homework.  Therefore, you are doing exactly what I had planned for us, but you are doing it independently.  I have posted the answer keys to the first eight lessons below.  Be sure to reach out to me if you are struggling.  Try not to exhaust yourself with math.  There are plenty of other classes for you to be working on as well.  And don't forget art, music and phys. ed!

In addition to the Coach workbook, we always have IXL.  It really is a great resource, and it will help to mix things up a bit.  Especially if a particular lesson in the workbook has you stumped.  Go into your IXL account and search for that topic.  When you make mistakes, PLEASE, read through the explanation to possibly learn from your mistake and not continue to make it.

I went through the topics and have found that just basic review of our year so far is addressed with the following
    IXL sections:

    B, C, J, K, L, M, R, U, BB, CC

Any work you do within those sections will be benenficial and a good use of your time.

Again, please email me if you would need some help, or if you just want to chat!

Below I have attached images of the answer key for each of the lessons within the Math 7 Coach Workbook that I provided for each student.

If for some reason you are not able to view from this site, you can simply email me and I can forward to you the corresponding images.

Once you see the correct responses, if you are still unable to remember how to calculate them for yourself, you can email me and I can try to get to you an image of how we may have worked through the problem together.

Please stay in contact with any questions or concerns you may have.  I am here to serve!  Best of luck to all of us, and I hope to see you soon!
