Help Desk Technical Assistant

Position Summary:

The work involves responsibility for receiving calls to a help desk and personally resolving or arranging for resolution of the problem presented. Work consists of answering calls, troubleshoot problems with software, hardware, and networks, assist in technically support, perform a wide variety of related clerical functions and necessary clerical work, performs computer and printer maintenance. Other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Computer Science or closely related field or 2 years of full time paid experience in computer operation or as a help desk support technician.
