Parents Rights For Data Privacy and Security

The Canisteo-Greenwood School District is committed to protecting the privacy and security of student data and teacher and principal data. The purpose of the Parents’ Bill of Rights is to provide information to parents (which also include legal guardians or persons in parental relation to a student, but generally not the parents of a student who is age eighteen or over) and eligible students about certain legal requirements that protect personally identifiable information pursuant to state and federal laws.   For more information or to learn more visit our Data Privacy and Fact Sheet.




By filing this form, Parent Personal Identifiable Information (PII) Complaint Form you are filing a complaint with the Chief Privacy Officer of Canisteo-Greenwood School District alleging that PII has been disclosed to or accessed by an unauthorized person.
