Mosaic Health Community Dentistry will be coming to Canisteo Greenwood CSD mid-April to provide dental services to students who are interested.
Please complete the Dental Enrollment Form that was sent out on Operoo or call the nurses office to have one sent home with your student, or print and complete the from here and return it to the nurses office before April 10, 2024.
